Pastoral Care

Craig Van Kouwenberg and his wife Barbara have been members of Victory since February, 2007.  They especially appreciate Victory's vitality as a multicultural, God-centered worshipping community with focus on both experiential Christianity and mission.  Having shared in some of our healing ministries, Craig looks forward to more miraculous signs and wonders to continue pointing both our Fellowship and new seekers who may join us toward full salvation in Christ as well as the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.  Craig and Barbara have five adult children and three grandchildren.

While serving as a Viet-Nam era Army Chaplain, Craig was in South Korea, West Germany, Virginia, New York, and New Jersey.  As a church pastor he served in New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.  Spiritual Formation and Ministry Leadership Development (E Series)

Francis Kofi Adams and his wife Vincentia joined Victory Christian Fellowship in 2007. Francis currently coordinates the church’s Spiritual Formation and Ministry Leadership Development Program (called the E Series) that offers an integrated and systematic process by which Christians and non-Christians who are interested in finding out more about Christ can grow from Spiritual Transformation, through Spiritual Maturity, to Spiritual Leadership.

Francis has a Bachelor of Science (with Honors) in Building Technology (University of Science & Technology, Ghana), a Master of Science in Construction Management (University of Reading, United Kingdom) and a Ph.D. in Risk Management (The University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom). He is currently also a full-time professor at Drexel University in Philadelphia, and previously held similar positions at the University of Southern Mississippi and Napier University in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

Francis felt the call to ministry leadership when he was about thirteen years old. After over twenty-five years of disciplined, independent studies of the scriptures following his first encounter with the Holy Spirit in 1982, he recently converted his second Ph.D. studies in Biblical Counseling and Ministry Leadership at Trinity Theological Seminary (Indiana) to Master of Divinity degree studies in support of his call to pastoral ministry. His passion is to help people glorify God through the development of their full spiritual, intellectual, and psychological potential in Christ, and to see God demonstrate His power and glory through His people.

Francis and Vincentia have two sons, Jehoiada (Kweku) and Joel, and a daughter, Josephine.
