Senior Pastor

Pastor Ed Crenshaw has a vision to lead Victory Christian Fellowship toward becoming an increasingly dynamic, multicultural community of worshipers who will touch the Philadelphia region with the presence and power of God.

Pastor Ed came to Victory Christian Fellowship in August 1992.  In 2006 he graduated with a Doctor of Ministry degree through the Beeson Pastor Program, a prestigious full scholarship program of Asbury Theological Seminary.  As a Beeson Pastor, in addition to class work focusing on leadership and biblical preaching, Pastor Ed had the opportunity to travel to some of the fastest growing, cutting edge churches in the United States and Korea.

Pastor Ed received his Master of Divinity degree from Oral Roberts University School of Theology and Missions in 1988, and was recognized by the faculty as Master of Divinity Student of the Year.  He earned his undergraduate degree from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, in 1985.  Prior to coming to Victory, Pastor Ed served United Methodist congregations in Oklahoma, where he also directed the Oklahoma United Methodist Task Force for Hispanic Ministry.

Pastor Ed has served as a regional leader through involvement with the Assemblies of God and through interdenominational endeavors.  He has a passion for a move of God that will bring transformation to the Philadelphia region and that will touch the nation and the world.

Pastoral Care

Craig Van Kouwenberg is a very experienced and caring minister of the Gospel not just in word, but in deed.  As a distinguished Army Chaplian during the Viet-Nam era, Craig traveled the distant countries of South Korea and West Germany as well as several United States including, Virginia, New York and New Jersey.  Once retired, he gained pastoral experience, overseeing congregations in New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania.  Craig holds the Fellow in Pastoral Leadership Development and D.Min. (ABD) from Princeton Theological Seminary, the Master of Divinity from Moravian Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Moravian College.

More recently, his outreach includes volunteering as Chaplian of the Mercy Suburban Hospital and Valley Manor Apartment Community.   His sensitivity to spiritual matters and influential gifts in counseling have allowed him to publish several works ranging from cross-cultural marriage issues, to career development to Christian devotionals.

Craig currently serves as Victory's Pastoral Care representative.  He and his wife Barbara are an exciting part of the multicultural, God-centered worshipping community of Victory.  They joined Victory's membership in February 2007 and have five adult children and three grandchildren.  Having personally shared in some of the healing ministries Victory has experienced, Craig's faith raises expectancy for miraculous outpourings of signs, wonders and latter rain.
